The Charolais Sweets
This dish only has candy in its name as it is a candy shape in a brick sheet with meat inside. A small cow in
puff pastry comes to decorate the plate with its carrot and apricot purée. Interesting mix of aromas. Apple pie for dessert. (cheese from the bag) Recipe designed with Philippe Dumoux, member of the French culinary academy.

Nature, discovering the bocage
1 hour walk in the middle of the bocage to discover the cows in their environment. Recognition of the plant and animal species that make up the hedge; role of the bocage. A game on a giant carpet completes this workshop. A fun way to test the knowledge learnt along the way. Halloween special: visit the bocage with a witch, who will give the children a grimoire with the species of the hedge.
